Just some updates on what I've been doing besides regular work. This was an exceptional downhill mountain biking day with a fun amount of people.
This was the top of a hike that a bunch of us CEOAS grad students went on. You have to just do everything you would normally do like its not raining if you ever want to get anything done. How have northerners ever dealt with the cold?
My first picture with my new camera!
Random picture from when I lived in Karmiel. I happened to see this picture and it reminded my that the guitar I borrowed from Omer was falling right when I took it in the background. I can't believe that was only two years ago.
I leave for Antarctica in two weeks, I am extremely excited about that. Final preparations are underway. In the mean time here is a random video I made, its the video interviews I took of myself during my epic 70 mile backpacking trip around the three sisters. The beginning is me playing an old guitar we found the evening before we summited Longs Peak with my friends Jake and Ryan, it was unrelated and in Colorado but still seemed fitting.
Hi, I'm Nilo. Living in Oregon I mostly enjoy sports by the season. Summer is mountain biking, kayaking and climbing. Fall is kayaking and surfing. Winter is skiing and backcountry skiing. Spring is kayaking and late skiing. All with some traveling thrown in there
