Recently I went to an apple pressing hosted by one of my professors. It was there where I got two of these boxes you see to the left filled to the top with apples. As well as three gallons of freshly pressed apple cider which you now see brewing below.
After getting the cider brewing to a nice 7% alcohol which will be ready in about a month, I took half of my apples and made ten jars of apple butter. I plan on drying the rest I think.
It has been a lot of fun doing all of this apple stuff, but it is time consuming.
But I can still find time to test out my new kayak, which will be very fun once I can start running some sweet whitewater.
